NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, per Education Code section 17558, that the Bassett Unified School District’s (“District”) Board of Education (“Board”) will hold a duly noticed public hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting to determine if it is in the best interests of the Board to adopt Resolutions to Grant an Easement to Southern California Edison for the Charge Ready Charging Infrastructure and Rebate Programs at Bassett Senior High School, Sunkist Elementary School, and Van Wig Elementary School on October 22, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at the District Office 904 Willow Avenue, La Puente, CA.
If there is no formal protest, the Board may adopt the resolutions at the conclusion of the hearing.
On September 12, 2024, the Board adopted Resolutions of Intention Nos. 013-25, 014-25, and 015-25, declaring the Board’s intention to grant the easements and a copy of the Resolutions are available on the District’s website at www.bassettusd.org.
All interested persons wishing to comment are invited to attend the hearing and be heard at the time specified above.
