While September is Attendance Awareness Month, our district’s pledge is to create a culture of achievement for every student, every day, all year long!

Now that the 2025-2026 school year has begun, the Bassett Unified School District invites all our parents to attend Back to School Night for their children's schools. These are the dates and times for the Back to School Night for each school in the district. Please take the time to visit your child's school, classroom, and teacher. This is a perfect opportunity to better understand what your child will be learning this school year and the amazing activities that will keep them engaged throughout the school year.

Students of the Bassett Unified School District will be returning to school for the 2025-2026 school year on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. The district looks forward to the return of our students and welcomes our new TK and Kindergarten students. Welcome and have an amazing school year!

Bassett Unified held a successful first District-wide backpack giveaway on August 14, 2025 at Torch Middle School.

AMENDMENT - Bassett Unified School District - Notice to Prequalify Contractors - New Sports Field & Concession Building and Lighting - Don Julian Elementary and Edgewood Academy - The deadline to submit prequalification questionnaires has been moved to Thursday, June 26, 2025. Prequalification Questionnaires must be received by Bassett Unified School District by 2:00 P.M.
